Renew Your Membership
As our membership year comes to an end on June 30th, we want to ensure that you have all the details needed to renew for the upcoming year.
Please note that an Early Bird discount is available for those who renew before June 30th!

All existing members should have now received a renewal email via MyCourts:

- Subject: 2026-27 Membership Subscription Renewals
The above email contains a link that enables you to pay for your renewal.
Problems With Renewing?
If you are not receiving our emails or the renewal notification isn’t in your inbox, please try the following actions to fix future communications:
- Forgotten your MyCourts login info: Complete the forgotten username/password form
- Verify your details: Check that your registered email address is correct in your account profile
- Check other folders: Look in your Spam/Junk folders, as well as tabs like “Social” or “Promotions” (especially for Gmail users)
- Fix delivery issues: If you find the email in another folder, mark it as “Not Spam” or move it to your main Inbox
- Whitelist our address: Add ashfordttc@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk to your email contacts list to ensure updates land safely
