AGM
The Ashford Table Tennis Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, July 2nd at 7:30 PM in the table tennis hall.
As is customary, all play in the hall will pause for the duration of the AGM and will recommence immediately afterward. The meeting typically lasts about an hour.
AGM Agenda:
- Apologies for absence
- Minutes of the previous AGM
- Chairman’s report
- Treasurer’s report
- Other Committee reports
- Election of Officers
- Any other business (AOB)
Important Reminder: Busy Period Table Rotation
When the hall is busy and there are more players than available tables, club rules and common courtesy dictate that players must rotate to ensure everyone gets a turn.
To keep things fair, the club rule has been updated: During busy periods, play is limited to 20 minutes. After your 20 minutes are up, please step off the table to allow waiting members to play, and join the queue for your next turn. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and support in keeping our club fair and welcoming for everyone.
WR Summer Club – Early Bird Reminder
A quick reminder that the Early Bird rates for the WRS Summer Camp (available to ATTC members) will expire on June 30th.
Please feel free to share this information with your friends and relatives — the Summer Camp is a fantastic opportunity, and we would love to welcome them along!
