Table Tennis Can Help You Stay Young!

A recent BBC documentary – How To Stay Young – examined ways to keep our brains healthy as we age.

Studies have shown that exercise is good for the brain – so does tables tennis (with its plentiful amounts of fast movement, its competitive nature and hand-to-eye coordination) provide extra health benefits, keeping you agile and quick thinking?

The programme looked at how we all, but in particular those over 60, could benefit from activities such as table tennis, walking and dancing.
